Timberline Construction Corp. Breaks Ground for New 98,000 SF $5.9 Million Great Space Storage Facility

Dorchester, MA Timberline Construction Corporation recently broke ground for the new near $5.9 million Great Space Storage facility within a commercial district off Morrissey Blvd. and near I-93.

Sullivan Goulette & Wilson Architects designed the five-story over 98,000 s/f self-storage center which includes climate controlled storage lockers, office space, restrooms, lobby area, elevators and automatic sprinkler system. The site will provide both covered and uncovered exterior parking, as well as large loading docks and interior loading bays. In addition to utilizing high-tech security and locking systems the location will offer quality storage space for affordable rates. The facility will also feature carpeted hallways, motion controlled lighting, aroma controls, intercoms and music capabilities throughout.

Cornerstone Realty Capital and Northern Bank Trust joined Timberline Construction and the Great Space Storage owners at the groundbreaking ceremony at the end of October.
