Karl Ginand, LEED AP is a highly experienced construction professional with over 25 years of experience. He is a technical construction professional combining a valuable combination of field construction experience, procurement experience and a deep, broad-based estimating and customer relations background. Karl is client service driven with strong communications skills and significant experience working with a wide range of clients ranging within the Life Science, Corporate, Industrial, Residential and Development industries.
Karl has his B.S in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University, is a LEED Accredited Professional and is involved in ASPE (American Society of Professional Estimators) and ISPE (International Society of Pharmaceutical Engineers). In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family in Maine and coaching both baseball and football.
