Timberline’s Wireless Division has worked with major carriers to upgrade their regional networks from 2G to 3G, and subsequently, 3G (UMTS) to 4G (LTE). This has involved changing antennas, testing old lines, adding new lines, and reconfiguring sites to make room for the new technology. This also involves a new line of testing in the industry - passive intermodulation (PIM) or fiber optic testing. Our technicians are certified in the latest lines of testing.
