Timberline Construction completed an interior fit-out for this Charlotte Russe location within the Arsenal Mall in Watertown, MA, owned by the Simon Property Group. The scope of work included the demolition and replacement of interior partition walls, existing lighting fixtures, existing plumbing fixtures, and of the storefront system. The project also included fire protection and HVAC installations and high-end finishes. The architects, Sargenti Architects, designed an open floor plan sales area to accommodate moveable racks and displays, a cashier wrap, branded signage, built-in wall displays, mirrored structural columns, window display areas along the store front, and a new entrance and branded facade. Additionally, the fit-out included fitting rooms, stock room, restrooms, manager's office, and an exit corridor.
