This phased project consists of varying levels of interior renovation and alterations over three floors within an occupied out-patient clinic and medical office. The project includes demolition of selective existing building components, the renovation and fit-out of the space with high-end finishes, upgrades to the necessary building systems and selective exterior historic restoration. Given the nature of the facility, adherence to the phasing plan and Timberline’s Infection Control Risk Assessment and Interim Life Safety Measures Standard Operating Procedures, as well as the coordination of all construction work around the daily operations of the Health Center is critical.
