Surface Oncology

This project was an office and lab renovation for Surface Oncology, a company  focused on developing next-generation cancer immunotherapies.  Located on the fourth floor of the occupied Athenaeum office building in Cambridge, MA, the new space includes offices, a conference room and a BL2 lab space. The scope of work involved the re-working of MEP systems including extensive HVAC modifications and certified air balancing, the installation of new fume hoods and case work and renovations to the IT and equipment rooms.
