Timberline completed the ground-up construction of Lewis Latimer Place, a 4-unit rental apartment complex for at-risk and high-risk parents or pregnant young parents and their families. Each unit has two bedrooms with large closet spaces, a living room, bathroom and a spacious eat-in kitchen. The two units on the first floor are handicap accessible. The building

is 3,642 square feet and the building lot is only 4,909 square feet, which required tight coordination and communication between trades.
