This four-story 80,000 square-foot Homewood Suites Hotel is situated on 2.3 acres and houses 98 units designed to accommodate extended stay guests. The hotel was designed by Archetype Architects. Timberline Construction acted as the General Contractor but also self-performed much of the site work and carpentry using local labor. There are a combination of studio, one and two bedroom units each with a kitchen. Amenities include: an indoor swimming pool, spa, exercise room, laundry room, a business center, and sitting area with gas fired fireplaces. This is the seventh Homewood Suites in Buffalo Lodging Associates portfolio. In addition to Homewood Suites, Buffalo Lodging operates other Hilton franchised brands along with a variety of Marriott hotels.
