Civil Crews
The civil crews are split between the Canton, MA and Rochester, NH offices, enabling our teams to cover a large territory. With over 75 years of combined experience there is not much we haven’t seen. We are able to handle any size project ranging from a simple concrete pad for your equipment or shelter, to a PAD and pier design for your lattice tower we can support you. Recently the team built a tower on the top of Mount Blue in Temple, Maine utilizing helicopters to deliver equipment and materials and pour concrete.
Carpentry
Based out of our Canton, MA office our carpenters are a very important part of the team, all crews are masters not only of traditional carpentry means and methods but also in stealth materials as well. We have worked in countless historical buildings and churches throughout New England. Working closely with our RF team they are able to transform a church steeple into a RF friendly structure in a matter of days.
RF Technicians
Comprising the majority of our field workforce are the Radio Frequency (RF) technicians. Based out of both Canton, MA and Rochester, NH these talented and courteous group of workers are the best in the industry. Throughout the years we have kept up with the ever changing technologies and have become some of the most technically diverse individuals in the industry, working everything from coax and antennas to waveguide and microwave dishes to Fiber optic cables and remote radio units.
Electricians
Our crew of electricians are licensed in the states of MA, CT, NH, RI, ME and VT. Based out of the Canton hsome office they have over 60 years of experience working in the telecommunications sector. We understand the need for a high quality rugged installation that will stand the test of time. Over the years telecommunications providers have set some of the highest standards in the industry when it comes to their electrical systems and we have been there for all of it. We also have close ties with our union counterparts and have been turned to on more than one occasion to build with them.
