Timberline Highlighted in 2014 Top Project Spotlight

New England Real Estate Journal, December 2014Timberline's feature story on The Dimock Community Health Center from the May 16, 2014 Construction, Design & Engineering section of The New England Real Estate Journal, was highlighted as one of the top projects of 2014.

The original article was featured in May, while the project was still under construction. The project is now coming to an end, on schedule and on budget. As renovations are wrapping up, we would like to recognize our team’s efforts on this challenging project. Dimock has continuously praised the TCC project team. They have even named their Binocular / Contact room, "The Nelson Room", in honor of our Project Superintendent, Nelson Carreiro, who went above and beyond expectations to develop a relationship with them and voluntarily took on additional work; such as addressing ventilation issues and turning an unused/unknown space that he discovered into storage space for the facility. We would like to thank Nelson for going out of his way to provide such amazing customer service! We would also like to congratulate Christy Murphy, Project Executive and Wayne Pelletier, Project Manager, on a very successful project.

In addition to Dimock's project highlight in this edition, The New England Real Estate Journal also recognized Christy Murphy, Vice President and Project Executive, as one of South Shore Star's 40 Under 40 Award recipients. Nominees were elected based off a number of criteria, including professional achievements, volunteer work and leadership. Her dedication to this industry, passion for her work and community involvement made her an ideal candidate for the South Shore's 40 under 40 award.
