Tim McManusVice President & Project Executive
Tim McManus offers over 30 years of estimating and construction management experience for highly complex and fast-track construction projects. Tim’s specialties include: college and university, corporate interiors, mission critical, hospitality and mixed-use projects. His notable strengths include budget development, logistics, scope identification and procurement.
As Vice President and Project Executive, Tim is responsible for the client relationship, project management and providing team leadership for all phases of work for on-time and on-budget delivery. By combining his big-project expertise with his hands-on management approach, Tim simplifies the process and ensures project success for each client. Throughout the project, Tim attends weekly project meetings, oversees standard operating procedures and ensures best practices by providing continuous advice and daily management to his project teams. Additionally, Tim offers value-added advice to the Client, design team and other project partners. Tim also assists in managing subcontractor relationships to ensure quality of work, adherence to project schedule and competitive bidding.
Prior to joining Timberline, Tim served as Vice President with Tishman Construction for more than 8 years and 18 years with Payton Construction. Tim’s portfolio of many repeat clients includes: Tufts University, New England Conservatory, Bentley University, Boston College, Brandeis University, Mass General Hospital and Brigham and Women’s Hospital. Tim has his a B.S. in Civil Engineering, holds his MA Construction Supervisors License and is OSHA 10-Hour Certified.
In his spare time, Tim enjoys golfing, reading and watching his favorite Boston sports teams.
