Len PaolettaSenior Project Manager
Len brings over 25 years of experience to Timberline. He has worked as both a Project Manager and Superintendent, which gives him a unique, well-rounded approach to construction management. He has managed new construction, additions, renovations, gut rehabilitations, occupied renovations and tenant fit-up projects ranging in cost from $1M to $30M. He has experience working in multiple sectors, specializing in academic, residential, municipal, restaurant and retail.
Len has his B.S in Building Construction Engineering Technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology, his Massachusetts Supervisor License and his OSHA 30-Hour Certification. He is a proven Senior Project Manager with the experience needed to complete a variety of projects.
Len is married with two kids and enjoys spending time with his family along with golfing, skiing, reading and watching Boston Sports teams.
