In his role as Chief Financial Officer, Wayne Grenon relays his 20 years of related experience and knowledge to the company in both finance and construction. He is charged with the oversight of administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company. This includes the development of financial and operational strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of control systems designed to ensure the protection of Timberline Construction’s assets and the reporting of accurate financial results.
Wayne’s unique focus on variable costs/control is a discipline that serves him well. His forecasting role includes hands-on site visits to anticipate issues, surveying jobsite progress and ensuring adherence to schedule. Through consistent analysis and reporting, Wayne ensures the accuracy and integrity of project financials.
Before joining Timberline Construction, Wayne served as Vice President of Finance at New England Construction and Bowdoin Construction, and as a Divisional Controller at the Lorusso Corporation.
Wayne resides in Easton, MA with his wife and daughter. When he isn’t working, he enjoys spending time with family, playing softball and golfing.
