This $950,000 project involved renovations to the existing space within the Gerstenzang (G’Zang) Building to create a 93 seat, lecture classroom with new tiered concrete seating, which acted as a supply plenum for a low pressure, low velocity system. Scope also included all new finishes, mechanical systems, electrical and HVAC upgrades, lighting, fire protection, pathways and power for AV and IT. In addition, renovations to the ESL office, IT closet, informal gathering space, graduate student lounge and corridor were also completed.
