Boston, MAThis project involved renovations to existing spaces on the third floor of the Athletics Center to the Recruiting Lounge and Graduate Assistant workspace. To accommodate recruiting efforts for the department plans included new recruiting suites with minor MEP’s, new glass wall entry, millwork, electrical and all new finishes. Work within the Graduate Assistant workspace included new GWB partitions to create smaller office spaces, minor MEP’s, reinstallation of millwork workstations re-purposed from the office and new finishes. Scope of work also includes HVAC, electrical and fire protection. Proper temporary protection of adjacent spaces was paramount for this project since work took place in and around active offices.
