Architect: Livermore Edwards & Associates

This project involved upgrades to two dining service facilities on Boston College’s Chestnut Hill campus. One was completed for The Loft at Addie’s, which is located on the second floor of Corcoran Commons, and one for Eagles Nest, located within McElroy Commons. The Loft is a student run dining location that serves local and sustainable foods. This space includes a seating area located in the adjacent hall. Eagles Nest serves a variety of lunch foods and offers comfortable dining as well as seating in a common area. Scope of both projects included MEP upgrades and equipment installation.
