Northeastern University’s Lake Hall houses both classroom space and college offices, including the University’s School of Public Policy and Urban Affairs, a leading center of policy research that seeks to develop solutions to issues such as housing and economic development. This project involved interior demolition and renovations to an 800 square foot conference room and graduate level classroom in the Economics Department within Lake Hall. Scope of work included the demolition of existing walls, removal of existing windows, doors and floors and the installation of new flooring, doors, windows, drywall, and millwork. Also included was new paint and HVAC and electrical upgrades. The project's renovations also resulted in the creation of an office suite for graduate students.
