Bentley Tree Dorms

Timberline renovated Bentley University’s Alder and Birch Buildings, two of the seven traditional co-ed residence halls that make up the university’s Tree Dormitories. The Alder building houses three single occupancy rooms, 31 double occupancy rooms and three triple occupancy rooms. The Birch building houses two single occupancy rooms, 28 double occupancy rooms and three triple occupancy rooms. This renovation project involves exterior envelope repairs for both buildings, which first opened in 1968. Additionally, project scope includes new paint and upgrades to the dormitory’s bathrooms, stairwells and corridors.
