Timberline Construction completed the first Quiznos Sub Shop in downtown Boston at City Hall Plaza. The project included demolition and preparation of the existing space and the complete fit-up to the Quiznos Brand design. Working two shifts Timberline was able to make the opening date on budget. The project included all plumbing and mechanical upgrades as well as all finish millwork, flooring and lighting.
Timberline also compelted a 1,096 square-foot complete fit-up of a second Quiznos shop in Kingston, RI. Scope of work included all phases of construction from demolition to carpentry to plumbing and electric work.
