Timberline Construction completed a new Starbucks Somerville location within Assembly Row, a $1.5 billion development project that promises 450 homes, a theater and a retail center. Scope of work for this project included: the installation of new exterior signage, construction of new interior partition walls, casework installation, state-of-the-art equipment installation, new lighting fixtures, and high-end finishes. The new coffee shop features glass garage style rising doors that open to an outside seating area.
