This $5.1 million ground-up construction of a two-level 38,000 square-foot LA Fitness Sports Club includes men and women locker rooms, 145 SF indoor pool with spa, spin studio, aerobics classroom, day-care center, reception and lounge areas, juice bar, administrative sales area, basketball court and multiple cardio and weight areas. The project also included installation of an elevator to the second floor of the fitness club.
