This 2,834 square-foot renovation of a insurance firm's corporate cafeteria serveries took place at their existing occupied office location. The scope of work consisted of selective demolition, renovation of servery space and the installation of equipment. Plans include a kitchen, manager’s office and administrative space, storage space and cafeteria with a centralized salad station and separate surrounding serving stations for soup, deli, dessert, condiments, grill, pizza, beverages and trash disposal. To avoid disruption to operations, work is to be performed during evening hours or on weekends.
