Our Team

Design/Build

Our management team at Timberline Construction understands that each client has specific needs and their own ideas in regards to project delivery. Utilizing the Design/Build approach provides our clients with the assurance of sole source responsibility for Design and Construction, which enables them to focus on their core business.

In this role, Timberline will utilize its experience and relationships to identify and retain the best Design Team suited for each unique project. From that point we will use a collaborative approach to move your project from conception through completion. This sole-source method provides a more seamless delivery system and produces a faster speed to market with tighter financial controls, resulting in projects that are completed on time and under budget.

Acting as a sole-source provider from the beginning of the project allows us to implement project controls that minimize any exposure to the client from cost overruns and typically result in the most successful projects from the clients’ perspective.
